I bought some new Bont cycling shoes today. They didn’t have the Vaypor models in my gargantuan shoe size so I “settled” for the a-two’s. The carbon fiber sole is moldable via a few trips to the oven and wrapping them to your feet for a few minutes. We did this is in the shop but it can be done at home to fine tune things. Hopefully this will eliminate the need for my orthotics. The last of the shoe is much better for my Morton’s foot issue as well (notice how Bont actually uses a Morton’s foot model to demonstrate it’s last in the previous shoe model links). These are the sweetest bike shoes ever. Don’t bother with SIDI’s. Maybe I will just wear them around the house since it is 96 out and incredibly humid today.
